FILMING NOTICE

NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY

When you enter a Journey Events (“JE”) event or program, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you give your consent to be interviewed, photographed, and recorded for audio and video. This material and its release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction may be used for news, webcasts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by JE and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos, and/or videos may be used to promote similar JE events in the future, highlight the current event, and showcase the capabilities of JE.

You release JE, its officers, employees, and all associated persons from any liability connected with the capturing, recording, digitizing, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video, and/or audio recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment of royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publications of these materials. This holds true irrespective of whether an admission or sponsorship fee is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by JFE LA or the person or entity designated by JFE LA. By entering, you confirm that you have been fully informed of your consent, your waiver of liability, and release before participating in the event.
