Autographs and Photos

What does my Admission Pass get me?

Admission Pass gets you in the door! If your Admission Pass is a reserved seat, that means that seat is reserved for you the entire show unless otherwise specified*. If your Admission Pass is General Admission (GA), that means you do not have a reserved seat but you will have access to the GA seating section, where seating is on a first come, first served basis.

*Some Special Events may be open seating, which means you do not keep your same seat. Such events will be noted on the website listing and in the Event schedule.

Do you have a special item you’d love to get autographed by your favorite actor(s)? Here’s your chance! Autographs are not included in your Admission Pass and must be purchased separately. Some actors will be signing in the Vendors area at designated times on a first come, first served basis. Other actors will be signing in a separate area at designated times. Autograph signing locations will be noted under their listing on the Guest page. One autograph ticket is good for one autograph on a single item.

Yes you can! However, if you have 5+ items, please contact [email protected] so we can assign you to a specific time.

Some popular items to get autographed are: your Photo Op**, fan art, 8×10 headshots, DVD/Blu-Ray box sets, posters, t-shirts/clothing***, autograph books, Admission Passes. Some items (8×10 headshots and merchandise) will be available at the event, but you are welcome to bring an item with you as long as it does not contain offensive material. Guests/Journey Events may decline indecent items at any time. If we are aware of certain items that a Guest will not sign ahead of time, we will list this information on our website under the Guest’s listing.

Photo Ops are short for Photo Opportunity, and this is your opportunity to get your photo taken by a professional with your favorite actor(s). One Photo Op ticket is good for 1-2 attendees in the same photo with up to 4 attendees in one photo (3-4 attendees requires 2 photo op tickets, 3-4 attendees will require 2 photo op tickets). Photo Op sessions will be sold in groups, which will be assigned specific times. Photo Op groups are done to avoid long lines and wait times!  Photo Ops are not included in any Admission Pass and must be purchased separately.

Sometimes yes and sometimes no. Oftentimes, this is a last-minute decision and it’s up to each individual Guest, so please check with the person running the photo op line to ask. If the Guest is ok with props, they must be props you can hold in your hand. Large or bulky props, asking the Guest to wear an item of clothing you brought (shirt, hat, jacket, etc…) or potentially physically harmful or inappropriate poses or actions are not permitted i.e., don’t ask a Guest to get on their knees or hold your weight in any way and certainly do not kiss, grab, grope or do anything you wouldn’t want a stranger doing to you or any of your loved ones!

You sure can! Please let the person scanning Photo Op tickets know how many Photo Op tickets of that specific session you have and get them all done at the same time. However, if you have more than 5 Photo Ops for a specific session, please email us [email protected] in advance of the Event so we can assign a designated time for you to get your Photo Ops.

As long as the session isn’t sold out, you can buy online at any time before and during the event!

We all know how special it is to give gifts, especially those from the heart! However, please keep in mind that a lot of the actors fly in for these Events and may not have room in their suitcase for gifts received. Please check that actor’s website to see if they have a mailing address for gifts or fan mail.

Event Information

When will the Actors appear at the Event?

Appearance days for each actor is listed under their listing on the Guest page.

The Event is ALL AGES except where otherwise noted. Children ages 5+ need to have an Admission Pass and must be accompanied by an Admission Pass holding parent or guardian. Children 4 and younger may attend without purchasing an Admission Pass, however, child must sit in lap of parent/guardian. Special Events with age restrictions will be posted on the Special Events listing on our website.

It’s time to put your phones away and have a real, in person Group Chat! There could be 10-25 people in the room and it’s led by the actor. Everyone being able to ask a question is not guaranteed and in order to be fair to others, please do not dominate the conversation. Group Chats may not be recorded, transcribed or posted about. If a group photo or selfies are included in the Group Chat, it will be listed on the website. Spots are limited and instructions on how to try for your spot will be sent out via email, so make sure you’re signed up for our mailing list!

If there is a Special Event, it will be listed under the ‘Experiences’ tab on the Event’s website. Special Events can include workshops, concerts, performances, live podcast recordings and evening parties!

Question & Answer sessions are when the actor(s) appear on stage and attendees have the chance to ask the actor(s) a question! Lining up to ask a question is on a first come, first served basis and is not a guarantee we’ll be able to get to everyone’s question. Question lineups may not begin until the previous Q&A is complete. Question Monitor personnel will be asking what your question is in advance. Please only ask the question you told the Question Monitor or we will skip your question and move on to the next.

This is a weekend FULL of memories! Take photos and video (except where noted), but please do NOT live stream any portion of the Event. The live experience is for those who have tickets to be there in person!

Ticket Information

How do I get my Tickets?

All available Tickets will be on the Event website! Tickets will be delivered to you via email upon purchase and treat them like cash! Please make sure to screen shot your tickets in case WiFi or cell service is spotty. If you need help with your tickets or if you did not receive them, please email [email protected]

Admission Passes are non-refundable unless the entire Event gets canceled. Admission Passes are not refundable if a specific Guest cancels.

If the Event gets canceled, Admission Pass and all tickets in relation to the canceled Event will be refunded. Please allow 4-8 weeks to process Event cancellation refunds.  

If the Event gets rescheduled, you will have the option to receive a refund or you may apply the funds for the rescheduled Event’s new date.

You can access the account created to purchase tickets at any time. Your tickets will be in your account. Please screen shot your tickets in case WiFi or connectivity issues!

Yes you can, but that’s all on you as a private party. We can’t get involved in the reselling of tickets, so please make sure you are a buying from a trustworthy source. Tickets can be transferred through the account made for purchasing your ticket. 

Tickets don’t need to be printed out (unless you want to), so just bring your phone and screen shot of your tickets. Once a ticket is scanned, it won’t be able to be used again. In the event of duplicate tickets, the first one scanned will be honored. Beware of scams!

Life and work happens to everyone, so if a guest has to cancel, we will notify you via email as soon as possible and that Guest’s autograph and photo op tickets will be refunded to the original card of purchase unless you choose to receive a credit towards other Event purchases.

Yes but only once! When you get to the Event entrance, please go to the Event registration desk where you can pick up your badge & lanyard (if applicable). Please make sure to have your Event ticket ready for a quick scan and you’ll be on your way!

Transportation & Safety

How do I get there?

Any form of public or private transportation! Or if you’re a lucky local, you can walk ☺

Yes there is! Please check the Event website and click on ‘GET & STAY HERE’ for the link to book your hotel! It’s always fun to stay at the hotel where the Event is taking place and other attendees will be staying also. Plus, you don’t have to worry about coming in and out each day!

Two words: Social Media! There is usually a group on Facebook where fans can converge, ask questions and get to know each other a bit before the Event. Anywhere else? Reddit?

Absolutely! But you won’t be alone for long. You will be in an environment where everyone has something in common – the love of the show we’re celebrating!

We will have red, orange and green stickers that you put on your badge as an indicator of your comfort level. Red is ‘Please don’t approach me’, Orange is ‘Ask first’ and Green is ‘All are welcome!’

You can pay in cash AT the Event. Credit cards are acceptable both in advance and at the Event.
